im on day 19 of sertraline. ive been getting on/off chest pains, they feel like a stabbing kind of pain which will sometimes go to my arm. today im also feeling the pains in my back just below the shoulder, has anyone else had this? im panicking that its a heart attack or something which is making me spiral even worse. constantly checking my pulse which is in normal range but im so worried
