had pain where the bone sticks out on my right ankle, and a small black mark under skin, lots of spider veins, pain lasted one day went to bed and gone next day, now 6 days later its back again, its in same leg i have very bad varicose veins in and been unwell for weeks with a pain behind breast bone, possible dvt??
