Wrist Popping Out of Place

A lot of my joints are loose, including my wrist. I used to bowl in a league and before I would release my ball my wrist would pop out of place from my forearm bones. It would only displace above the forearm bones, never below. Sometimes when I'm doing other things, like grappling in karate, this would also happen. I can easily snap it back and continue on with whatever I was doing.

It's been a few years since those instances and the dislocations have occurred periodically since then. Now, I feel a deep ache/pain in my wrist when I lift anything (that would be lifted by bending at my elbow, not like a free weight hold) with significant weight to it. Sometimes not even significant weight, and I can still feel it. This is in my dominant hand.

Is this the start of arthritis, since the wrist bones and my forearm bones grind together when these dislocations occur? I am a 27 year old female and I think it's too early for such a thing, though I know it can be possible. I just want to know if getting an x-ray or just seeing a doctor about it would be worthwhile or a waste of time.
