hi im so sorry 2 here about both of your experiences, iknow excatly how ye feel! im 17 and i was told i had BIH wen i was 11, i got it from using tytriclylion based medicen. i had 10 lumber puntures and there so sore, no matter wat they say! i spent the best part of 4 years trying 2 recover and im finally getting back on track, it was a nightmare trying 2 live norrmally with those headachs and felling sick and dizzy all the time ust makes you wanna not go out r do anything. i found out i had it becouse i fainted all tha time and had dizzness, and constant headaches, eventully my eye turned in and i had dubble vision from the fluid in my brain. Im sorry 2 hare that ye still suffer from the symtoms and i hope ye will eventully grow out of it lik i did, its a fustrating and horrible thig 2 have.It made me so sick a cudnt get out of bed r eat r do any normall things.

I know those lumber puntures are realy sore but they help bring down the fuild and then again the headaches. I was told i must get a shunt and my mum refused to let me and then they had to do 10 lumber puncters in the space of 3 months, but now im greatfull as a shunt is for life and can cauxe more problems in the long term,

I thought ye might benfit from hearing my experiences and it might give you hope, as i thought my life would never be the same anymore and im now just after finishing my leaving cert and im off to crete with my freinds next week. Dont give up hpoe, theres light at the end of the tunnel.

I wish ye the best for the future.xx
