Abdominal pains need an answer

I have had these awful abdominal pains since yesterday afternoon.It started off in the middle of my abdoman then spread to the bottom then gave me horrible heart pains.It has worsened today and hurts when I lay down,walk and go to the toilet.I am a 15 year old girl from England.I need an answer urgently.it can't be period pains because I'm not due for another week and the pain is now also at the top of my abdoman as well as the middle and bottom and sometimes the pain spreads to beneath my shoulders.

    Tell your parents about it!  You may have to go to the doctor.  I had at the same age some very painful abdomen problems besides my period cramps.  It turned out to be acidic stomach.  Have you tried taking an acid reducer just to see if it calms the pain?

    No i havent yet, i took some indegestion and heartburn medicine but that didnt do anything.If my pains still there tomorrow i'm going to the doctor.i would take some Acid reducer but my pharmacy is closed tiday and morrisons dosent sell them.
