Anyone been able to heal gastritis or ulcer and control GERD without meds?

Looking for any tips on how to heal gastritis/ulcer/gerd without meds. Terrible reactions to all. Now a bit scaredabout outcome. Trying accupunture but really not sure about it. Any success stories or advice appreciated! Very sad about not being able to eat foods. Such a joy in life. I really have no qualms about having weight. Since my issues began I have lost at least 50lbs.
