Anyone with WG suffer from what feels like Liver pain?

Was wondering if anyone in the WG community has experienced what feels like liver pain fro their WG?

My pulmonologist says it's probably from lung inflammation that reduced circulation and caused the pain but my lungs are clear, my liver function test come back normal but occasionally I get a pain where my liver is.

Hi Linda. Yes I do get that pain very often. The only time it has gone away is when Im taking prednisone. Sorry you have to experience that pain.

      Hi Vanessac:

Thanks, luckily I don't have it all the time or maybe cuz its competing with all the "other" pains (mouth, knee, neck etc...ad nauseum) that I don't notice it except when its really yelling at me.  LOL

Actually I feel pretty blessed as I do not suffer some of the issues that others are going through, all in all I think my WG hasn't been as bad and I am assuredly grateful for that, while sympathizing with others who experience worse symptoms.

I hope your pains decrease and your blessings increase biggrin

Do u know for sure u have wengers . I lived near ash coal pits from duke energy and now that I know that the heavy metals in the water I drank I am wondering if I got the right diagnose cause I have read u must have a biopsy which my Dr. hasn't done and I was never sick until I lived near these pits. I have moved but have a lot of breathing issues. I have done retuxium through vein and my Dr now said I am healed and I read that u will always have flare ups and I have swollen joints and take pics to show him and I have hoareness a lot and I did have some polyp and inflammation on my vocal chords and the ent Dr. Trimmed them but my rhomotlagist said I am fine but I stay tired all the time.

Hi jennifer. Yes, I do. I have been tested 4 timed and all 4 have been positive. My first doctor even used my life to be the discussion at Boston University for one of his talks. I'm very thankful for living in the Boston area for having the heath care here that I have. But yes metals can do incredible damage to the body and brain. You should get your self tested for all of that.

Honestly, I hate complaining but there are days that I feel like I'm dying but then there are days I feel great. I do know being on the ocean and breathing ocean air helps me tremendously to feel better. At least for a little bit.

I hope that you feel better and get the answers you need. Blessings to you.
