Back and Abdomen pain at the same time, occuring every after 12 hours since last 06 years

Hello,

My wife is suffering from a very strange illness wherein she is getting lower back (just above lower right near spine) and abdomen pain (lower right side) at the same time. This pain some time goes from abdomen to back or some time vice versa. This pain occurs twice in a day every after 10-12 hours & every cycle last at least 2-3 hours .She is facing this illness since 2016 & we have gone through n number of treatments right from MRI, sonographies , urine/blood test reports many time. Every report came normal & no doctors could diagnose this illness. We have checked with orthopedic, gynecologist, pain managements, specialist in Bombay Hospital, gastroenterologist but nothing has come out from any report.

I feel so helpless when i see my wife in pain everyday & I really cannot do anything . I dont know what to do and where to ask for help for her.

Is there any one who have come across with this kind of illness or treatment to this illness or any doctor is treating it, pls share with me. I would be great to you for whole of my.
