Bulge on top of my penis

Hello, i habe had a bulge right on top of where the penis starts and im going crazy, it hurts like hell and i can only sleep in 1 position. Jf i touch it its firm. I've read that it could be an underskin pimple but i don't know if it would hurt that bad.

    Yes it could be that, or you could have caught it in a Zip. However you are where you are and I would advise you see your GP and get it sorted

      Ok thanks for the info, I guess i'll just wait a day or two and if it won't get better i'll go see some help.
