l had covid in august and still have chest and stomach pains, so could do with some help and advice please.

I also had covid in August. I'm still having issues with anxiety and palpitations sometimes. everyone is telling me to do Pepcid and Zyrtec or some type of antihistamines. So hopefully I'll start seeing some improvement.
