Nefopam and A. N. Other

Hi

"X" amount of weeks ago, I was diagnosed with Chronic Pain Syndrome and Fibro symptoms. I have seen a pain specialist and she recommended Nefopam 60mg to replace Butrans patches, Neproxen and Paracetamol as these were giving any kind of pain relief.

I started the Nefopam 2 weeks ago, and nothing. These with paracetamol.

I spoke to my GP and she stopped them. With no alternative.

I've scoured the internet for alternatives, and found several.

Today, as alast resort. I picked up a packet of pills, I thought they were paracetamol.

I took them. They were co codamol. I'd taken Nefopam earlier...

It was suggested that I could finish the course to see if anything changes...

I felt ok, a little drowsy, and my body has gone numb-ish....

I've tried to find an answer on the web, but is it ok to take Co-codamol along with the Nefopram?

If not, is there any kind of alternative to go with Nefopam?

I'm trying to see another doc this week to see what my alternative is as I don't believe that this is the end of the line. I've tried to contact the pain management tea, but the doc is on hospital for a week...

Thanks

Try CBD oil. I use Love CBD, very good for relaxing the muscles.Doesn't get rid of all my pain, but  I hardly need to take any Paracetamol these days.

Everyone is different, but worth a try. Plenty of info on the Love CBD  website.
