those results are really something for a doctor to look at. there are many factors to consider when making a diagnosis. Also, you could just go get a Covid test. You can’t tell by the lab test whether you have Covid or not. And the x-ray needs to be read by a radiologist.

Get the swab stuck up your nose and find out. that's the only way to know for sure. cause just by looking at an x-ray it could be lots of things
