Morning
I am on day 8 of isolation but still have symptoms like day 1.
My breathing is quite shallow and my nose is full like a cold but when i blow it there is nothing there.
I also have an occasional cough .
Has anyone else got these symptoms as i wake up everyday hoping to feel just a little better but dont.

hi i have the exact same symptoms i am on days 5, started with a sore throat and headache and like you say now on to normal cold symptoms blocked nose but nothing comes out. also no temperature but body/skin is achy and sore to touch, hopefully this is the worst of it. have done a test to see if your now negative
