Diffuse Back pain since 5 weeks

My name is Tamas I’m 26 years old from Romania. I will try to keep it short with my story.
Everything happened on the 15 of May 2018 when I get home from a 10Km run. When I arrived in the house I started to shake, I had severe muscle back-pain I felt dizzier and powerless. In 2 days, I felt better and I thought that I recovered so I did another 10K run. This time was much worse, in the last 3 Km I was exhausted, my muscles from my back were contracted horrible the pain and the dizziness came back. When I arrived home, I was shaking and I had a sensation that I’m going to vomit.
All this symptoms dizziness, sensation of vomiting, temperature (38.5) persisted for the next week. After that I was a bit better but still could not walk more than 200m, because my muscles on my back started to contract and heart in a manner that I had a sensation of passing out sometimes. I need to mention that in the last year from 2017 April I lost 30KG till May 2018. I was doing intense workout and I also was doing my last year of Masters in U.K. It was quite a stressful period doing part time work as well to survive and pay my rent.
In 20 of May I travelled back in Romania to do a couple of examinations. I was in the hospital for 2.5 weeks they run multiple tests like (MRI-complete head and back no nerve damage or joints damage observed everything was ok, ENG, EMG, Complete Blood test, Test for strange viruses like Lyme disease, Epstein Barr, Cardio-Echography, etc..I will attach all the examinations in a PDF document) the idea is that everything came back negative or in normal parameters. On the first Blood test my lymphocytes, neutrophil, RBC, haemoglobin, leukocytes and MCH was a bit higher than normal. On the second blood test, they were normal after 1 week.
I came out from the hospital, I was feeling just a bit better. I still can’t walk more than 500m because my back muscles start to heart, sometimes even when I’m sitting. When I’m walking it make me feel tired and all the tiredness and strange sensation I feel that is coming from my back.
My neurologist run the EMG test with me and on the first one they noticed some very minor inflammatory changes in my leg muscles. After 2 weeks, I repeated the test and everything was fine all my nerve responses and the muscles were presenting with no inflammatory modifications, the doctor also ruled out the possibility of myositis or other muscles related disease. Currently I’m taking Magnesium, Calcium and Cerebinox some supplements that my neurologist recommended.
After running all of this test I was confused that they could not find anything. I never had anything like this before or symptoms. Just a bit of back pain occasionally on my right side.
Is it possible that I just over-trained exhausted my muscles from my back in such a manner? Post traumatic muscle necrosis? I’m like this since 15 of May. The improvements are really small and the back pain occurs when I use my muscles, if I’m on the resting position they are not present. How much would be the recovery, and what could be the cause of this?
Thanks a lot, in advance
All the best

You are doing a lot of exercise, how is your posture, that may be a problem, if you are stressing the joints and tendons in the spine.
All I can suggest is for you to try joint cream that contains some NSIDs, You can also try swimming the water will support your joints and that may help.
Check your posture, you will find information on the web or site. NHS Choices may also explain this sort of problem.
If you are running on concrete that may cause referred pain in the legs and hips.
Check your posture.

Thanks for the advice. Lately I'm seeing daily a chyropractitioner and I'm better but still can't walk more than 15min. I hope is just a muscle related problem and I need just rest.
