Early AM gas pains

Does anyone have very early AM gas pains? Digestive enzymes don',t work and gas relief pills made it worse

    Yes recently started. Wondered if Omeprazole was the cause. Very unpleasant!

      I wondered that too..but I've been off omeprazole for 4 days and still have them

      Has a Gastro dr checked you for bacteria? I tested positive for it..took the course of antibiotics and still have the gas so i have to do another kind of test
