For the past few weeks, I've had pains across my body. Anyone got any advice?

I'm 15. I do moderate excercise as in 3 to 4 times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes. It started off with headaches, fatigue, palpitations and then chest pains after 2 more weeks. After this continued, I contacted my GP, he sent me off for a blood test, an ECG and a recommendation to check my eyes. After I got the ECG and the blood test, things died down for a week. And now it's happnening again, although I feel more pain in my lungs, with tightness in my chest. I still get palpitations, and now random points in my body ache, my arms, legs and upper shoulder are the significant points.

Has anyone got any advice or idea what is going on?

    Hi

I have been experiencing similar problems to you - tightness/heaviness in chest, palpitations, aches in top of arms and legs, back pains and pain when breathing. Also lacking in energy sometimes.

I have also had an ECG, blood test and chest x-ray which were all clear.

Do you find it gets worse if you go up a load of steps or a steep hill as I do. And is it uncomfortable lying on your back in bed?

My GP still says its muscular problems but I am not convinced as I find ibuprofen or anti-inflammatories dont work. I have a hospital appointment on monday for something else which may shed some light on all this though in some ways I dont want it to as could mean something serious.

    Do you find painkillers work?

I haven't used any painkillers at all. My blood test and ECG was clear, but personally I feel my GP isn't taking this seriously. He's going to forward me to a paediatrician.

Sometimes if I go up a steep hill I might have some issue breathing, mainly tightness. And yeah lying on my back is a large issue. Mainly pain in the back.

He's going to forward you to a paediattrician?  What age are you?
