I have also noticed hair loss after taking Omerprazole, but i have noticed a general thinning all over my head. I stopped taking it 5 months ago, and no signs of regrowth.

I am only 19 years old

But i`ve read that it usually take between 6-8 months for hair to start growing, and that it can take up to a couple of years for the hair to have grown back to desired length. So there is still hope

No, just the hair. When you look at all the people having experienced the same thing by taking this, and similar drugs, i cant see it being anything else. Of  course it could be Male pattern, but that doesnt run in my family, and doesnt happen "over night". I am going to the doc 3 of june, so hopefully more answers then.
