Healing gastritis and GERD naturally/with diet

Posted , 2 users are following.

I can no longer take meds for gastritis GERD. I cannot even tolerate tums or sucralfate. I've had terrible pains and weakness in arms and legs. Very nervous about what will come. I have made an appointment for accupunture but not sure that is actually a thing. Can anyone share their experince with that? Anyone have diet tips more than what doctors say/ no mint, chocolate, fatty fried, caffeine, and alcohol, as well as small meals. I am convinced I will die from this and that doesn't help my stomach. Also if stress is not cut out will that continue to further the problem. Awaiting next EGD.

    Hey Nicole,

I'm slowly have some success with the Acid Watcher diet.

Your list of no-no foods is essentially what I have been following + more.

I've been keeping a daily journey of what I've been eating to see what are the bad triggers.

Food varies person to person, so maybe you can find what upsets your stomach more than others.
