Is it okay to take around 200 milligrams of Ibuprofen one day a month for the rest of my life? There is generally one day of the month where I get a headache for whatever reason: maybe one day I had to work overtime, or I couldn't sleep due to construction noise, etc. I'm worried a lifetime of taking Ibuprofen will have an impact on my health, even if it's just one tablet per month.
