Your gastrocnemius is your major calf muscle, and this combined with pain in the foot arch could be musculoskeletal. You've had this pain for a year though and you should see a doctor.

Do you have any heat or swelling in your calf where it hurts? That could indicate a blood clot in a vein, which is serious and needs to see a doctor immediately.

However, with the addition of pain in your finger mounds, you may have some arthritis. I'd have each pain looked at individually. Maybe you have some arthritis starting in your hands, and the worstcase scenario with your calf pain (and related foot pain) . See your doctor, probably all fine, we can get all kinds of sprains and strains, but you really need to rule out any possibility of a blood clot.

I have no idea, have a check-up, its better than worrying :-). You don't need to put up with feeling unwell and in pain
