I have an hiatus hernia, any natural remedy for that?

I suffer for acid refluz due to an hiatus hernia.  Any natural remedy for that?

    I understand that, but when medication does not work or has terrible side effects, what do you do?

      im on losec which is a ompersole ive been on it for 17 years recently they took me off it and gave me ompersole not spelt right made me really ill so back on losec and great again you could ask your doctor about this he might say there the same but there not hope that helps
