I'm having pain on lower right abdomen area from yesterday night.. Please help me

From yesterday night I'm having pain on right side of my abdomen. The pain is not always there but since yesterday night I have felt it 3 - 4 times. Attachted 2 images where I'm having pain. Kindly help me..

    One picture indicates pain on the right and the skeletal picture idicates pain on left.... is it left or right?. They are both showing pain in the hip area. Perhaps you should go to your doc and ask to have an x-ray of your hip....or an ultrasound scan of your lower abdomen......best wishes...

    Is your pain always on your right side or does it move around your stomach and do you get any nausea, constipation/diarrhoea, bloating, food intolerances?

    I have IBS and my pain moves around to different areas of my stomach.  Sometimes I get nausea with bad flare ups. I also have had loose stools but mainly constipation.  I always have some level of pain but some people find the pain comes and goes.

    Go to your doctor and ask for a celiac test, get stool samples taken, have an ultrasound/colonoscopy.
