I really feel worried

First, let me say that I’m a male, I’m white, have ADHD and am taking Vyvanse, and I’m only 16. So a while back, over the summer, I bit down weirdly I guess and my jaw ended up getting hurt severely, the effects lasted for a couple of weeks. I asked around, and I kinda just shook it off as TMJ. Fast forward a little to around October. I for some reason (I can’t remember why) was having a huge dilemma about having a heart attack, and then figured saying it out loud, I was just getting paranoid again. Fast forward more, around Christmas, I was eating popcorn and my jaw started getting really sore. I asked around and once again ended up going with TMJ. Now fast forward 25 days ago. I started getting an itchy wrist and started thinking it had something to do with my liver. I’m pretty it was just random but I’m still including it. Around that time, actually exactly at that time, I was also experiencing mild rib cage pain. Fast forward to a few days ago, I was sitting down and I all of a sudden felt a really tender feeling in my back that lasted all day. All this time I still had random mild rib cage aches. Today it’s getting way worse and worse. Could it be Costochondritis? Or could it be adolescent heart disease?

I think you out to see an auto immune and infectious disease specialist..... sounds like you have a difficult case to diagnosis and you shut cut out all the middle men and go to the top..... and add a neurologist to the list....... don't start researching everything  you will make yourself nuts..... and will start having panic attacks........ all this would not be good for you...... hope to hear a better update soon.
