Dear Joyce I've been on and off lansoprazole over the period of a year and a half to treat h pylori infection and have to say been on it three times and every time I got anxiety issues although I was being treated for h pylori and was fine when not taking it... Currently taking omperazole same thing.. Try having green tea and avoid trigger foods.... x

Hi thanks for your reply when I told the doctor how I was feeling he said it couldn't be the medication but after reading other threads on side effects of lansoprozole it seems a coincidence that my problems only began when I started taking it. I.m very careful about what I eat because I have oral lichen planus and my mouth soon flares up if I eat the wrong foods . I have an ulcer so I have to take the medication but i.m getting really fed up with these side effects
