Is this mast cell?

hello i've started to in the last few years or so experience sone strange feelings. stiff arms and joints upon waking and in the evening. retching at various times but not being sick, globulus feeling in throat and constant throat clearing with mucus. after a meal not always but sometimes find it harder to breathe and i get palpitations and faster heart rate but pulse feels fainter. i get weak feeling arms and legs and sometimes tingling in hands. stiff fingers i have to crack for relief. so confused anyone else have this?
