Kidney damaged?

Been prescribed Nexium 20mg for mild acid problem, had to stop after 11 days bcoz of too many side effects including high BP, dizzyness, heavy headed, ring in the ear and Creatinine level reached upper limit - 13mg/L. 71 days since stoppage and still no improvement. Some advises most welcomed.

    Doctors say weight and diet. but i lost 15kgs and eat nothing but still got it bad. and hospital refuse to do the operation.

    Are you sure you have suffered kidney damage? For my part I just consulted a Urologue and he gave me some more test including kreatinine clearence.
