Lansoprazole

My husband had Pneumonia 4 wks ago and was hospitalised, apart from his usual meds for COPD he was also on Omeprazole with no side effects for years, however whilst in hospital they changed the omeprazole to lansoprazole. Since coming home and being on this med he has been constipated, feeling nauseous and his pee has turned orange and now has a yellowish eye tint. He decided to stop and is feeling better but has had to had bloods taken because he is now jaundice. I just feel that since the hospital changed this med he has had these problems. Anyone else had jaundice after taking lansoprazole.
