Lower glute/upper hamstring pain while sprinting

Posted , 2 users are following.

Been having pain in this region for the past 6 weeks whenever i sprint. Despite multiple physiotherapy sessions, nothing happened. My ultrasound came back with no issues reported and my doctor said that he didn't feel any pain or swelling around the area. What should I do?

see another doctor a specialist sports doc. Just because it is not in black and white in a test doesn't mean there isn't a ligament. muscle issue. your body is warning you with pain to let you know there is a problem. even from mri's not everything shows up. been there done that... and i continued to see a doc until i found a answer.

in the mean time maybe try to rest and wear splints at night to help ease the strain and or pain . it may help to see if treating with pain patches from OTC drug store helps and anti swelling meds, even water therapy in hot tub and water massage helps. i hope you find the issue and can get back to the norm soon.

    sending healing vibes your way.
