Muscle Pain and Lightheadedness, what should I do?

Posted , 3 users are following.

Lately I have been struggling with:

fatigue

head ache

wide spread muscle pain

muscle cramping

muscle cramps in leg

allodynia

back pain- lower and upper

neck ache

knee pain

feet pain

dizziness

lightheadedness

costochondritis

and severe stomach issues

The muscle pain is pretty much a constant, even if it's just a dull roar in the background with flareups upon moving quickly. Additionally, I am in a state of being constantly tired- sometimes I even have irresistable urges to fall asleep in inappropriate places (public, loud places, etc). Right now I am chalking the fatigue up to stress caused by school.

Of course, the symptom checker told me that these issues are from Fibromyalgia and/or POTS. I do not believe I have POTS, but I am looking into seeing a rheumatologist about potential Fibromyalgia.

I drink atleast 2 (24oz) water bottles a day and I eat atleast a snack every two hours (doctors orders due to acid reflux), and I walk a fair amount every day.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

    Hi brie37444

You need to get an inflammation blood test this is done via an ESR test, CRP test and ANA blood test...if these levels are high it is usually an indication of inflammation in the body.....which can cause extreme fatique...at the same time get your B12 checked and test for anaemia these can cause fatique and pain and cramps if levels are low.......best wishes....
