yes . when I was in my 20s are started getting the muscle twitching along with other sensations due to long-term stress and anxiety. It’s called benign fasciculations and it’s harmless. I used to get them a lot especially in the beginning but that was years ago. They did taper off a lot especially when I was starting to manage my anxiety better. However I will say every now and then I still get one here or there but I basically ignore it and it goes away. It’s mostly when I’m feeling stressed out. I would say that the actual sensations of anxiety are not really a big issue. The main issue is The anxiety itself and learning how to manage it better. That way the sensations dwindle off. everybody’s different. Some people hardly get them at all even when they have anxiety or don’t get them at all. Other people get them a lot. But just knowing that they’re harmless is the main thing for me.
