I have really bad acid build up in my stomach and to night it's being especially painful, I've already taken 4 15mg tablets but they don't seem to have helped will I be okay to take one more?

NO don't take any more that's yh highest dose anyone can have you need to see your doctor about this you could try some Gaviscon advanced after meals and just eat very plain foods for a few days

You are taking them the wrong way, you should be taking one in the morning 30mg and one in the evening 30mg. But that's only short term. If you need them longterm I would go with 30mg in the morning..
