New Daily Persistant Headache 11 months so far since covid

Hi. I have had chronic tension headache 24/7 for 11 months since catching a mild case of Covid last year. My pain is behind eyes, in forehead, in temples, back of my scalp. I have had MRI, Cat scan, blood tests etc, and nothing shows anything sinister. Doctors and specialists say it's long covid. Any medication I take for the chronic pain does not help, it only makes the headache worse! I have tried botox twice and it hasn't helped. I have even tried Ajovy injections which did not help. I am going to try botox again in three months.

I have no relief from this pain. I am alive, but not living. The pain is constant and like I said ALL prespcription medications and migrainemedications so far have worsened the pain.

Medications like aspirin, and nurofen etc, have not worsened the pain - but they just do not help at all.

I am struggling and need help desperately. Does anyone have hope for me? It will be 12 months next month with this 24/7 chronic tension type pain plus migraine.
