This is sort of a long lead into my question. I have been type one diabetic since i was 23 I am currently 51. I worked a strenuous job in the railroad until several years ago. Then it got too much to handle. I was in constant pain. plus my blood sugars became very hard to control. I ended up on disability through the rr. After that i found out i have severe obstrctive sleep apnea. was put on cpap and use it every night. i was hoping that would help my being tired all the time along with the every day pain It did not. ive been to several different kind of specialist over several years. I've been told i have chronic fatigue syndrome. Then last year i was diagnosed with a agressive form of lymphoma. went through 6 months of chemo then had covid right at the end. two different trips to the hospital with covid pnumonia and trouble with my lungs and breathing for over a year. i was told i was in remision from the cancer after the chemo three months later the cancerwas back and more agresive. they tried a chemo pill for three months with little to no effect. was blessed to be able to be treated we a new therapy called car t cell therapy Its similar to stem cell transplant. August last year i was treated was in the hospital for a couple months good news back into remission in october. All through this the fatigue and pain would worsen. last month was my first fallow up pet scan since remission. there were three enlarged nodes in my lungs. dr was thinking cancer was back. They did a biopsy last week and great news no cancer. what it is is sarcoidosis. my oncholgist was happy and basicly said we would keep on eye on the sarcoidosis. I said all if that to ask a question. could i have been suffering symptoms from the sarcoidosis for years. Even though until recently as far as i know no lung problems or enlarged nodes( i did have biopsy with original cancer it was lymphoma. i hope some could shed some light thanks in advance
