I've been on acid reflux medicine for 20+ years not realizing what it was doing to my Bones and my absorption of nutrients I'm starting to feel the effects I need to get off of these and like everyone else I feel like I'm having a heart attack and just not well at all when I try to stop taking these anybody have any luck I just started on Apple cider vinegar I'm not sure what's going to happen yet help

Did you able to stop it ? I am trying to quit too . so far no luck everytime i tried acid come with a vengence? any help will be handy
