omeprazole causing bladder infections

Has anyone had it where they have continuous bladder infections?

    Hi,

    No i havent to be honest, might be worth checking this out with your doctor or coming off the med for a while to see if it fixes the problem

    I have taken omeprozole for 4 years and for a while I thought that it was thrush that I was experiencing untill I saw a specilist at the hospital.He said that it was probably hives due to some sort of allergy to medicine,and hives can affect the genital area.So it might be wise to get it checked out incase you're having the wrong treatment. :oops:
