Omeprazole side effects - headaches and hair loss amongst others!

I had a severe bout of gastritis last September (2021) for which I was hospitalised. They gave me 3 different antibiotics and started me on 20mg Omeprazole once every morning. I've been taking them successfully for nearly a year now but over the last few months, I've noticed I'm getting more and more little headaches (but not all day) and slowly losing my hair, and getting blurry vision. I also have anxiety and depression where I just start crying for any reason. I have heart palpitations occasionally which I told the doc about and he gave me 10mg Omeprazole to help me get off them slowly. Just after that I had a gastritis flare and continued with the 20mg. The gastritis and my stomach/bowels are under control so long as I eat my safe foods as I also have Crohn's Disease lurking there! But because of the headaches and anxiety started the 10mg this morning. Some people say to come off them very, very slowly if you've been on them a long time. BTW, I'm due to have my eyes tested soon, so I'll come back and update as time goes on. My question is, has anyone else suffered headaches and hair loss as well as the other multitude of things you can get?
