Does anyone have knowledge of an opiat free pain killer for my sarcoidosis joint pain, I am 41 and have tried acupuncture (helps a little) pool exercise, heat, etc and the pain is getting unbearable. Please help

The only other thing I can think of is trying to get a medical marijuana card or get the fluild drops I've been on pain meds for 30 years and I even tried the marijuana fluids but that didn't work for me. I hope you find something that will work for you. I also soak in hot water with Epson salt
