Pain getting worse

So fed up with the pain now,

Constant pain while sitting down, standing, walking and laying down now seems to be radiating up my back and down my legs. this is not constant though.

Taking cocodamol every 6 hours as the pain is unbearable without it. Was given Tramadol but they make me feel very spaced out and not with it at all.

I have been referred to the pain clinic at the local hospital but i have to wait 26-28 weeks before i am even offered an appointment. that is 6 months away and i really cannot take this level of pain up until then.

I see an osteopath every 2 months to sort the muscles in my back but this is so much more different than that feeling, it is more central just near the lower spine that it is hurting. nothing i do helps.

Ugh just need to vent i guess, anyone got any ideas as to what i can try as i am at my whits end nearly.
