Pain in right hip/glute region and pain in right groin - no apparent cause? Any help?

I started with sharp pains in my right glute/hip region and thought id over done it in the gym/walking.

Day 2 and pain starting to radiate in my right groin to the point I'm limping due to pain, isn't relieved when sitting, painkillers take it off for a short period of time

Any ideas? Haven't done anything specific I can think of thats caused this, never had lower back problems before apart from ache from being stood too long/working
