Hi, Rubi!
I had covid twice and got recovered, I think it was just because of my routine, I eat good healthy food, did exercise regularly and by keeping things on track. A good healthcare is a primary thing.

there is a 99.9% recovery rate in your age group. It really helps that you work out and eat healthy. stay hydrated, get rest and take care of yourself. sounds like you have mild symptoms.relax your mind by keeping busy while you stay home.
Hope you feel better soon!

I am in a similar group. 36 and no underlying conditions.
I think you will be fine but there is nothing wrong with contacting a good doctor who will truly treat you for your symptoms (if you still have them).
I would not hesitate to ask for monocolonal antibodies if you can.
best of luck,
