Should you get the flu vaccine if you have sarcoidosis

I'm just wondering as a sarcoidosis patient should I get the flu vaccine? Anyone have any thoughts?

My mum has had sarcoidosis for 8 years and she has her flu jab every year. My whole family have it to ensure we do not bring any unwanted bugs into the house.
