sore throat for 3 weeks

hello, ive got this sore throat and have had it around 3 weeks. i also have to keep clearing my throat. its sore at the back of my mouth. also my voice is hoarse. i have a slight runny nose but the mucus seems to be going down my throat .i also have a burning sensation in my mouth.i have been having headaches but i do suffer with migraine, and i am itching all over my body. i have spoken to my doctor on the phone as she still wont see patients. i have brought antiestimines like she told me too for the itching but this has not stopped the itching. but i am more concerned with my throat and im scared. i do have nodules on my thyroids. the doctor said she will phone back in 3 weeks. can someone help me please. any ideas to help ease my throat . im so scared . i do suffer with reflux and oesophagitis and take lanzoprazole and these are making my hair fall out. i am a walking disaster. many thanks sandra
