Throat/sinus pressure and difficulty with breath

Thanks ahead of time, I desperately need some feedback.
I am a 36yo healthy male. I was positive on 12/02/21 and went through my first recovery after approximately 2 weeks of discomfort. As soon as i recovered i started having upper respiratory symptoms again. Then it became 1 day feeling good, 2 days feeling bad.
Mostly sinus congestion, fatigue, and anxiety/depression. The cycle still has not ended - today is 2/2/22 and still i have this horrible sensation in my throat/sinuses. It feels like severe inflammation or soreness. 4 doctor visits, 1 ER visit, and still no relief.
I have taken steroids, antibiotics, zinc, nasal sprays, more vitamins than i can name here, antacids, and a slew of other failed meds and vitamins. I am at my wits end.
The pain/discomfort seems to be a little better if I am laying down as opposed to standing upright or sitting. Rest helps a little - but i always end up back in the same boat. Doctor tells me my heart and lungs sounds good and that i have a "little inflammation" in my throat. It feels like i have a golf ball in there......
**Has anybody experienced this or something similar? What did you do? **
I truly appreciate anyone willing to type a few words......
Your fellow sufferer....

I get sinus congestion, infection from Covid and Jet fuel near airport. I use a vicks warm steamer; salt, water steam. Inhale it up nose. No mist... Steam is best. Same as you get when boil it on the stove. Close your eyes so not to burn the eyes when breath the steam.
Also Raw Apple Cider Vinegar steam, inhale. Burns throat a bit but people say it kills the infection. Seems to help me. Sinus congestion can cause dizziness and press on the eyes making weird vision symptoms, astigmatism and more dizziness.

I am experiencing the same thing the symptoms vary on each day they seem to recover and then come back intermittently only tried antibiotics so far and thinking of adding steroid nasal spray to reduce inflammation as post covid your body can create an inflammatory response which is happening to both of us hope this helps explain why it may be occuring have not run this by my dr yet but planning to and looking at going private to get a ENT appointment with a specialist just to ensure I am in the best hands I am 5 weeks post covid and fed up with the recvurrent symptoms so far and was fully vaccinated with all 3 vaccines and in full health before this , I got this on a trip of a life time in australia and was due to travel to america and canada and not looking like it now , I regret the day I got on the plane and hope it all clears up as it can take up to 12 weeks or more apparently ,fingers crossed hope you get releif from symptoms soon as well
