under armpit pain

ive noticed a pain in my armpit, it has shown up before but ive never really thought anything of it. it showed up again today and its painful without doing anything and it hurts more if i stretch my arm. there appears to be a tiny lump under the skin that hurts to touch and im really concerned after noticing this. i just shaved today but it appears that there is no razor burn or ingrown hairs. can someone please tell me what this is because it is causing me great anxiety
