Undiagnosed irregular leg pain.

Hi, I'm 28 year old male, over the past 10 years I've been having irregular leg pain in both legs. It starts in my feet and works into my ankles, through my shins and up to my knees, it's always in both legs simultaneously. The pain is a dull burning ache. Paracetamol seems to stop the pain for a while. When the paracetamol kicks in I feel the pain getting lower and lower down my legs until it vanishes. I can go 6 months with no pain at all, then randomly it can start again for a month at irregular times. Usually starts during the middle of the night but has happened during the day many times. I'm at a healthy weight, I play football and exercise regularly. My blood pressure is normal and I'm physically healthy. I've seen multiple doctors who say I'm healthy and can't find anything wrong, so end up prescribing me with paracetamol which isn't solving the problem. Any help would be appreciated as I'm currently lying awake in bed unable to sleep and all out of paracetamol 😏 Thanks.

I'm 56 years old and I have the exact same symptoms. And like you said it comes and it goes with no explanation. And like you I have been to a couple of different doctors who have no idea why. And of course its my age and the fact that I have a lower back problem it's all blamed on that but even though I don't know why I can tell you how I have helped it with out using drugs. And at 28 you're probably not going to want to do this but for me it works. I wear a pair of compression socks whenever my legs ache. For some reason it seems to help. And since my pain is always while I'm lying down I don't have to wear them during the day when people can see them. Because frankly I realize I'm 56 but I don't think I'm old enough to have to wear them all the time. I guess that's a little vain. Whatever the case is I hope that you get some help. Keep me posted
