Vitamins and sarcoids

Hi

I am wondering if anyone know about vitamins inflaming sarcoids. I have been taking borocca to try and get some energy back but my legs have started stinging.

    Hello all, I've been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis since November, 2011, not only that, type 2 diabetes since 2005. At that time, no one really knew what sarcoidosis was, or how it was contracted. It really took its toll on my body, lungs, brain, kidneys, you name it, those grandulomas were reeking havoc everywhere espically my lungs. The cardo people prescribed prednisone for me at 25mg, which drove my blood sugar into orbit. Fortunately, I got a hold of a really good specialist, here in Texas, and she was able to cut my prednisone down 5mg, but my A1C is still out of control, what can I do to fix it without flaring sarcoidosis.
