A Phase I/II, Dose Finding and Optimization Study of [177Lu]Lu-NeoB in Combination With Capecitabine in Patients With GRPR+, ER+, HER2- Metastatic Breast Cancer After Progression on Previous Endocrine Therapy in Combination With a CDK4/6 Inhibitor.
This study is for people with advanced breast cancer that has grown despite previous treatments. It tests a new combination of targeted radiation therapy and chemotherapy to see if it can stop cancer growth and if it's safe. We're looking at different doses to find the best way to use these treatments.

NEPC Study: An Exploratory Safety and Efficacy Study With PSMA, SSTR2 and GRPR Targeted Radioligand Therapy in Metastatic Neuroendocrine Prostate Cancer.

[177Lu]Lu-NeoB in Combination With Ribociclib and Fulvestrant in Participants With ER+, HER2- and GRPR+ Advanced Breast Cancer
This study looks at a new combination treatment for advanced breast cancer. It combines a special radiation drug ([177Lu]Lu-NeoB) with two existing medicines (ribociclib and fulvestrant) to see if it's safe and effective, especially for patients whose cancer has come back or worsened after previous hormone treatments.

Dose Finding Study of [177Lu]Lu-NeoB in Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma and in Recurrent Glioblastoma
This study is looking for better ways to treat glioblastoma, a type of brain tumour. It tests a new treatment, [177Lu]Lu-NeoB, both with standard care for newly diagnosed patients and by itself for those whose cancer has returned. The main goal is to find a safe and effective dose.
