Plaque and Brain Inflammation in Symptomatic Carotid Stenosis: Role of the Ficolin-2

This study looks at how inflammation in the brain and carotid arteries affects a protein called ficolin-2 in people who have had a mini-stroke or stroke. We want to see if ficolin-2 levels can help identify who is at higher risk of future strokes.
