Sustained Inflation and Chest Compression vs 3:1 C:V Ratio in Asphyxiated Newborns

This study is looking at the best way to help newborn babies who need CPR straight after birth. We're comparing a new technique called CC+SI with the usual method (3:1 C:V) to see which is safer and more effective in helping babies survive and thrive.
