This study is looking at a procedure called Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) to see if it can help people with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). SGB involves a small injection in the neck to temporarily calm certain nerves. Researchers want to know if it can reduce severe PTSD symptoms.
